Listen, I need to have a little talk with y'all about that jar sitting in your pantry.
You know the one. Maybe you got it as a gift. Maybe you ordered it yourself and used it once on a biscuit and thought, okay, that was good. And then… life happened. And now it's just sitting there, being adorable, doing nothing.
Sis. That jar is working capital. And you've been leaving money on the table.
Wine-infused jam is not a one-trick spread. Not even close. I'm going to show you five things you can do with a jar of Jam Vino that are going to make you look at your pantry — and yourself — completely differently.
Here's the thing about a good glaze: it's just fat + sweet + acid + heat. That's it. That's the secret.
And Jam Vino? Already halfway there.
Warm up two tablespoons of Blackberry Merlot with a little olive oil, a splash of balsamic, and a pinch of salt. Brush it over salmon, pork tenderloin, roasted chicken thighs — anything that needs a little moment before it hits the table. The wine deepens it. The fruit brightens it. And whatever you pull out of that oven is going to look like you meant to be impressive.
Because you did.
I will not be accepting "I don't really like salad" as an answer anymore. Not when this exists.
Whisk together one tablespoon of Strueberry Blanc jam, two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, one tablespoon of Dijon mustard, and three tablespoons of good olive oil. Salt, pepper, done. Pour it over arugula with some sliced strawberries and candied pecans and tell me that's not a whole experience.
Light. Bright. A little sweet. A little sharp. The Strueberry Blanc was made for this — it's got that spring-fresh energy that turns a Tuesday dinner salad into something you'd order at a restaurant.
You know that person whose parties everyone talks about for weeks? This is how they do it.
Drop a spoonful of Raspberry Moscato jam into the bottom of a champagne flute before you pour. Watch it bloom up through the bubbles. Add a fresh raspberry on the rim and hand it to someone without explanation. Just let them taste it and watch their face.
You can do the same with a Moscow Mule — swap the jam in for simple syrup. Or stir it into iced tea for a mocktail that makes people think you worked harder than you did.
The jam does the heavy lifting. You just show up with a good glass.
I don't know who needs to hear this, but a thumbprint cookie with Jam Vino filling is not the same as a thumbprint cookie with grocery store jam. It is a completely different conversation.
Use your favorite shortbread base — butter, flour, a little powdered sugar, vanilla. Roll into balls, press your thumb in, fill with a small spoonful of Blackberry Merlot. Bake at 350° until just barely golden. The jam firms up in the oven into something glossy and jewel-like and almost too pretty to eat.
Almost.
These are the cookies people ask for the recipe for. And you can tell them — or not. Either way, you're the one with the jar.
Bear with me on this one, because I know what you're thinking. Jam on oatmeal? Stay with me.
Cook your oats the usual way. Then, while they're still hot, stir in a spoonful of Strueberry Blanc or Raspberry Moscato jam instead of honey or brown sugar. The jam melts in and turns the whole bowl into something warm, fruity, and just a little elevated. Top with toasted walnuts and a few fresh blueberries if you want to feel like you're eating at a brunch spot instead of standing over your kitchen sink at 7am.
Some mornings, the smallest luxury is the one that matters most. A good bowl of oatmeal. A quiet minute. Something that tastes like somebody cared.
Even if that somebody is you.
You don't need a whole new grocery haul to eat well. Sometimes you just need to look at what you already have — and see it differently.
That jar of Jam Vino has been waiting for you to give it a chance. Not just on toast. Not just on a cheese board. But in your kitchen, in your glass, in your morning, in your moment.
Everyday luxury doesn't have to be complicated. It just has to be intentional.
Now go check that pantry. 🍯
From my table to yours.,
